Home sales are expected to hit a 15-year high this winter, so I wanted to be sure and pass along these quick and cost effective ways to give your home that move-in ready appeal. These are great all-around tips whether you live in Livermore, CA in the Tri-Valley or in San Jose’s Silicon Valley area. They’re tried and true tips that stand the test of time!
